Annual winter-themed festival includes special events at participating Gun Lake
businesses as well as family activities at the Allegan County Park. Festival
highlights include a pancake breakfast, ice fishing contest, broomball
tournament, ice golf scramble, trolley rides, food vendors, live entertainment,
raffles, chili cook-off, swimsuit fashion show, and the highly anticipated polar
dip into Gun Lake! February 2010.
"Trolley By The Lake"
The Gun Lake Business Association with the help of Barry County Chamber will raffle off a Kawasaki Prairie 360 4X4. The proceeds from the raffle will go towards
paying for the Trolley and bring it back to Gun Lake. Raffle tickets will be
sold only by GLBA businesses. Help us bring back the very popular "Trolley By
The Lake". Raffle Ticket price is $35.00 and only 350 tickets will be sold.
Watch for signs at various businesses who will have tickets available to sell or ask a member business to get your ticket. Harrison Marine will provide the 4x4 and can be viewed at their business. Help us bring back the "Trolley By The Lake". See the "Trolley" page for more information.
* Our goal is to have the Trolley for 14 weekends Friday & Saturday nights. Friday 5- 10pm Saturday 2-10pm.
